How Passform and iTICKET brought digital wallet passes to Kiwi eventgoers
First up in our Kiwi tech partners series: Passform.
We needed a digital wallet pass for our tickets, and rather than defaulting to an overseas platform, we looked in our own backyard first.
"Passform came out on top. They had the best product and commercial model for our business. From day one, they've been readily available to chat through our ideas and long-term strategy."
— Sarah Cowley, Chief Commercial Officer, iTICKET
That's the real story here: a Kiwi company building alongside a Kiwi ticketing platform, with the kind of back-and-forth that's hard to get from an offshore vendor. Real conversations, not a support ticket into a black box.
"This is the start of what we build with iTICKET, not the end of a project."
— James Carolan, co-founder, Passform
That's exactly the point of this whole series — it's less about any single feature, and more about what's possible when you partner with people who are genuinely invested in getting it right, together. Passform shared their own take on the partnership, worth a read for the other side of the story.
This is the first of a few local partnerships we're spotlighting — read why we choose Kiwi tech partners in the first place, and stay tuned for our next one, with Volley.
